This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the onsoul.ai Creator Program. By activating creator monetization on your account, you agree to this Agreement in addition to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The Creator Program allows you to publish AI characters on onsoul.ai and earn money when other users ("Fans") interact with your characters.
The Creator Program is operated by OUTSI SP. Z O.O., Kartuska 2, 83-334 Miechucino, Poland (KRS: 0000935494).

Creators earn from one source:
When a fan spends credits on your character (e.g., generating an image, unlocking a content pack), 60% of the dollar value of those credits is immediately added to your earnings balance. Attribution is per-character — credits spent on your character earn for you, regardless of how many other creators the fan also interacts with.

Estimates based on 50 credits/fan/month average at 60% creator share ($0.048 per credit). Actual earnings depend on fan activity.
Before your first payout is released, you must complete manual identity verification conducted by our compliance team. This is a one-time process and is required regardless of the payout method or amount (above the minimum threshold). No earnings are forfeited while verification is pending — they remain in your balance until verification is approved.
As part of KYC, you will be asked to provide:
Documents are transmitted and stored encrypted, reviewed by a named compliance officer, and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to request additional documentation, to re-run verification periodically, and to suspend payouts if verification cannot be completed or if information provided is found to be inaccurate. No payout will be released until verification is approved.
Available payout methods are displayed in your Creator Dashboard. We currently support bank transfers and may add additional methods over time. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.
If a fan requests and receives a refund or initiates a chargeback, the corresponding creator earnings will be deducted from your next payout. If your balance is insufficient, the negative balance will be carried forward until offset by future earnings.
We may place a temporary hold on payouts if we detect suspicious activity, pending investigation. Holds will be resolved within 14 business days. You will be notified via email of any hold and its reason.
As a creator, you are solely responsible for the characters you create and all content associated with them. You must comply with:
We reserve the right to remove any character or content at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination of your creator account and forfeiture of pending earnings.
Your characters: You retain ownership of the character concepts, personality definitions, and creative direction you provide. By publishing a character on onsoul.ai, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the character in connection with operating the Platform.
AI-generated content: Images and responses generated by our AI in connection with your character are provided as-is. We make no warranties regarding ownership, originality, or non-infringement of AI-generated output.
Upon account deletion: Your characters will be removed from the Platform within 30 days of your account deletion request. Any pending earnings up to the deletion date will be paid out, subject to the minimum payout threshold. Earnings below the threshold at the time of deletion are forfeited.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on your creator earnings. This includes but is not limited to income tax, self-employment tax, VAT, and any other taxes required by your jurisdiction.
US creators: If you earn $600 or more in a calendar year, we are required to collect a W-9 form and may issue a 1099-NEC.
Non-US creators: You may be required to provide a W-8BEN or equivalent tax documentation. Withholding tax may apply depending on applicable tax treaties.
We do not provide tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.
You may deactivate creator monetization at any time through your account settings. Deactivation does not delete your characters — they remain on the Platform but stop generating earnings. You may reactivate at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your creator account if:
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all earnings:
We employ automated fraud detection systems and reserve the right to audit creator accounts at any time.
We may update this Agreement, including earnings rates, payout terms, and program rules. We will notify active creators via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before any changes to earnings rates or payout terms take effect.
Continued participation in the Creator Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may deactivate creator monetization before the effective date.
